PAYMENT METHODS

Payment is to be made via internet banking to our POSB SAVINGS ACCOUNT
Kindly do inform us if you are transfering via ATM.

Kindly inform us when the payment is made so we can verify with our records and send out your item asap. Pls email us your name, address, transaction reference no., date and time of transfer to fantasyshopper@yahoo.com.sg after payment is made.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our stocks are exclusively limited, usually 1 per item, therefore we will sell on a first come first serve basis upon confirmation of your orders.

Kindly make your payment within 3 days from confirmation of order if not item will be sell to the next interested buyer.

We will not be responsible for lose item for normal postage. Thus we recommend customers to opt for registered mail or meet up.

POSTAGE/MEETUP
Pls transfer the amount due with an additional of $1.50 for normal mail or additional of $2.20 for registered mail.

Fantasy Shopper does meetup as well in Yishun. Venue and time will be confirm via email upon confirmation of your order.

pls refer to the measurements given. If you have any enquires, pls email us.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Goods sold are non-refundable unless there is any discrepancy in our apparels. we will be glad to do a one to one exchange with our available stocks of the same price or higher. Top up is needed if any. We will not be doing any refund for lower priced item.

Customers are responsible for the cost of mailing the items back to us.

Exchanging of item must be made within 3 days of purchased according to the printed receipt.

All return items must be unuse and in the original condition.

Dead buyers will be blacklisted.
